Shipping policy

1. Delivery company and Shipping Charges
(1) Delivery company: Japan Post, Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport

(2) Shipping fee: 600 yen (tax included) However, Hokkaido/Okinawa 1,200 yen (tax included)

(3) Customers who purchase items totaling 10,000 yen (including tax) or more will receive free shipping. The shipping fee to Hokkaido and Okinawa is 600 yen (tax included).

2.Delivery
Regarding shipping delays due to the influence of new coronavirus

For normal items:
After you place your order (in the case of payment at a convenience store or bank transfer, after confirming your payment), we will deliver it in about 10 to 30 days.

For reserved items:
Please refer to the individual item pages for estimated delivery times.
If you place an order with regular items, we will ship them all together when all items are ready.

For quick delivery items:
If you place an order (convenience store payment or bank transfer payment) by noon on a weekday, we will ship it on the same day. In the case of holidays, it will be shipped on the next business day.
If you order regular items or reserved items at the same time, they will be shipped separately.

Regular products and reserved products will be shipped to Japan by international mail and delivered by Sagawa Express or Japan Post after customs clearance is completed.

If there is no particular description, it will be "regular item". "Quick delivery item" refers to an quick delivery item for which you have selected "Quick delivery" from the "Delivery" tab.
Currently, international shipping may take longer than usual due to the impact of global flight reductions due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. Please purchase with plenty of time after understanding.
Due to the manufacturer's circumstances and overseas circumstances, there is a possibility that the delivery may be delayed from the above schedule. In that case, we will contact you separately.


3.Delivery address of ordered items
(1) For orders from overseas, please check here.

(2) After-sales service such as returns after delivery is limited to Japan.

4. When you cannot receive the product 
(1) We will not resend packages that have been returned after the delivery company's storage period has passed because of your long absences, etc.

(2) Even if you do not receive the item after it has been shipped, the following fees will be charged when the item is shipped. Please note that after confirmation, we will bill you again for the fees that we have borne.
*Shipping fee + return shipping fee + return processing fee (1,980 yen or refund amount x 6%, whichever is higher)

(3) If the product is returned to us many times due to "long absence", "unknown address", or "refusal to receive", we may restrict future use, so please be sure to receive the item. Thank you.

(4) The storage period at the delivery company is "one week from the date of shipment".

(5) If the customer is not available, the delivery company will contact you with a notification of absence. Please receive.
