Shipping policy
1. Delivery companies and shipping fees (1) Delivery companies: Sagawa Express, Nippon Transportation, Yamato Transport (2) Shipping fee: 770 yen (tax included) except Hokkaido: 1,760 yen (tax included) and Okinawa: 2,200 yen (tax included)
(3) If you purchase products totaling 10,000 yen or more (including tax), shipping will be free. Shipping to Hokkaido is 990 yen, and shipping to Okinawa is 1,430 yen (including tax).
LocoRon original panniers , torsion lace socks , and Bishu Lolita are not eligible for free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.
*Even if you order separately, we may ship the items together if they are shipped on the same day.
Please note that even in this case, we cannot refund or adjust the shipping fee.
2. About Shipping
- For regular products (Shipped from overseas)
- After placing your order (or after we confirm your payment if paying by convenience store or bank transfer), your order will be delivered in approximately 10 to 30 days.
- For pre-ordered items (ordered from overseas)
- Please check the delivery estimates on each product page.
- If you order this item together with a regular item, we will ship all items together once they are all in stock.
- For immediate delivery items (shipped from Aichi Prefecture)
- After placing your order (or after confirming payment for convenience store or bank transfer payments), your order will be shipped within 3 business days .
- If you order this item together with a regular item or pre-order item, it will be shipped separately.

- Unless otherwise specified, this refers to "regular products." "Ready-to-ship products" refer to items that are in stock and for which you have selected "ready-to-ship" from the "Delivery Date" tab.
- Regular items and pre-order items will be shipped to Japan via international mail and, after customs clearance, will be delivered by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
- Regular products and pre-order items are sourced from overseas, so we cannot answer any inquiries about specific delivery dates. If you need it delivered by a certain date, we recommend purchasing an item for immediate delivery .
- Currently, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global flight schedules, international shipping may take longer than usual. Please understand this and make sure you allow plenty of time when purchasing.
- There is a possibility that the delivery date may be delayed due to the manufacturer's circumstances or the situation overseas. In that case, we will contact you separately.
3. Regarding the delivery address of your ordered items (1) For deliveries outside of Japan, please check here .
(2) After-sales service, such as returns, will be available only within Japan.
4. If you are unable to receive your item (1) If the item is returned to us due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, your order will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged. Click here for details.
(2) If products are returned to us multiple times due to “long-term absence,” “unknown address,” or “refusal to accept,” we may restrict your future use of the service. Therefore, please be sure to accept the products.
(3) The storage period at the delivery company is one week from the date of shipment.
(4) If you are not at home, the delivery company will notify you of your absence. Please contact the delivery company directly to arrange the desired delivery date and time within the receipt period and collect the product.
