Cancellations and changes after the order is completed are accepted only if you contact us within 3 hours after placing the order.
However, if the ordered itmes has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
In the case of refund due to cancellation or change, if transfer fee, settlement fee, etc occur, customer will be responsible.
In addition, quick delivery products cannot be canceled or changed.
When ordering, please check the contents carefully before purchasing.
About after the product arrives:
When you receive the product, please check the delivered product. If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 3 days after delivery.
1.If the product is defective or different from your order:
Please send an email to info@ronron-lolita.com within 3 days after arrival, specifying your name and order number (if you know) at the time of ordering.
*When you contact us, please attach an image that shows the defective part, etc., so that we can respond smoothly after your inquiry. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please complete the return procedure within 7 days after contacting us.
In that case, the shipping fee will be borne by this shop.
If the item is in stock in our shop, it will be exchanged instead of refunded. Please note.
In addition, you cannot return or exchange items that fall under any of the following 1 to 9.
1. If the size does not fit. It is different from the image. It was not dlivered in time for the desired date, etc.
2. If you do not contact us within 3 days after delivery.
3. If you do not complete the return procedure within 7 days after contacting us.
4. If untagged.
5. If the titems are returned without prior contact.

・There may be a difference of about 1-3 cm between the posted size and the actual size.
・Depending on the time of production, there may be minor changes in specifications such as buttons and accessories.
In rare cases, the buttonhole is not open or is not open enough (the customer has to make a hole along the stitching).
・Thread disposal, sewing, etc. may not be very beautiful.
・Fasteners are hard and may be difficult to lift up.
・The package may be opened for checking during customs clearance.
2. Refunds
Refund of the product price will be made after confirming the arrival of the returned product, so it will take about a week. We will refund the applicable product price (tax included) and shipping fee.
3. Refund method
If you use credit card payment, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc., the refund will be made through the payment company.
If you use convenience store payment or bank transfer, we will refund you by bank transfer.
4.Others
If the customer refuses to receive the product, if the product is returned to the shop due to continued absence, or if the product cannot be delivered due to an incomplete entry of the customer's name and address, etc, please note that we will charge the full amount cost as a cancellation fee for "actual expenses such as round-trip shipping fee + return handling fee (see below)". The free shipping is also included.

・If the cancellation fee exceeds the order amount, the balance will be offset against the order amount and the shortfall will be transferred by the customer to our designated bank account. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
・Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
・As a general rule, we do not resend returned items.
