If you are looking for a costume supplier for Lolita fashion, dresses, etc., please feel free to contact us.

<For those who wish to receive their costumes early>

As a general rule, all products in the store are ordered from overseas Lolita brands , and delivery takes 14-30 days or more. Please make your order with plenty of time.

If you would like your item delivered sooner , we will rent it from the items in stock at our domestic warehouse. Please let us know the image of the item you would like and the desired delivery date . We will suggest available items.

◆ Request for costume provision

When providing costumes free of charge, renting (loaning) or leasing costumes, we ask for your cooperation as follows.

• Round-trip shipping costs (shipping origin: Aichi Prefecture) will be borne by the customer
• Store (RonRon) credit included
• Provide a photo of you wearing the item (this will be posted on our website and on our social media accounts)
• Post the product by tagging our account via the wearer's or official SNS account
• In the case of magazine publication, permission to send the publication and use the cover image, etc.
• In the case of dramas, permission to use drama banners

Additionally, we will be posting details of the costume donations on our online store and social media.

Examples of listings

If there are any restrictions on the content to be posted (e.g. no posting until the broadcast date and time, no use of the wearer's name, etc.), please be sure to let us know in advance.

◆ Process for providing costumes

1. Inquiry <br>Please send an email to info@ronron-lolita.com with the following information 1 to 6. Our PR staff will contact you within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Industry (stylist, idol, freelance announcer, etc.)
3. Company Name
4. Phone number
5. Usage details: Please let us know as much as possible, such as the desired date of use, purpose of use, name of wearer, publication, broadcast date, etc.
6. Desired product: The product and size you would like us to provide as a costume ( if you would like it delivered quickly , we will lend you one from the stock in our domestic warehouse. Please let us know the image of the product you would like and the desired delivery date . We will suggest products that are available) . We also accept consultations regarding costume coordination.

Depending on the content, we may decline your request in order to maintain our image.

2. Product Shipping
We will ship the product you want by courier service, cash on delivery. After shipping, we will inform you of the shipping slip number by email.


3. Returning the product <br>Once you have finished using the product, please return it to us with postage prepaid.

• The rental period is up to 2 weeks.

(If you are going to miss the deadline, please contact us in advance.)

• If the product tag is damaged or lost, you will be responsible for the cost of the product.
• If the item becomes dirty, scratched, or smells of sweat or perfume that were not present when you rented it out, we will ask you to pay the cleaning fee or purchase a new item.
