◆ Request regarding costume provision

When providing free costume assistance, costume rental, or leasing, we ask for your cooperation in the following ways.

• Pay for round-trip shipping (shipping source: Aichi Prefecture)
• Store (RonRon) credit description
• Provide images of the item being worn (we will post it on this site and our SNS accounts)
• Tagging and posting to our account by the wearer or official SNS account
• If published in a magazine, send the magazine and permission to use the cover image, etc.
• For dramas, etc., permission to use drama banners is required.

We will also post information about costume cooperation on our online store and SNS.

Example of publication

Please be sure to let us know in advance if there are any unacceptable items in the content (cannot be published until the broadcast date and time, the wearer's name cannot be used, etc.).

◆ Process of providing costumes

1. Inquiry <br>Please contact us by email (address: info@ronron-lolita.com) and include items 1 to 6 below. Our PR representative will contact you within 1-2 business days.

2. Industry (stylist, idol, freelance announcer, etc.)
3. Company Name
4. Your phone number
5. Usage details: Please let us know as much as possible, such as period of use, purpose of wearing, name of wearer, publication, broadcast date, etc.
6. Desired product: Product and size for which you would like the costume provided. We also accept consultations on costume coordination.

Depending on the content, we may decline your request to preserve our image.

2. Shipping the product
We will ship your desired product by courier, cash on delivery. After shipping, we will notify you of the parcel tracking number via email.


3. Returning the product <br>Once you have finished using the product, please return it to us prepaid.
