Although it's not a shop mentioned in the comments, I purchased two panniers online for extremely cheap (only a few hundred yen!)!

It doesn't look that different when you put on clothes, but the cheap panniers have an umbrella-like texture and make a rustling noise every time you move, so they're not very comfortable to wear...

Furthermore, it gets extremely humid, so I feel like it would be impossible to wear it in the summer unless you were indoors in a well-air-conditioned place.

However, the price of just a few hundred yen is still attractive, so I thought it might be worth using for short periods of time for photography as a disposable item!
