Notice of delivery delays due to the long holiday period at overseas warehouses (early January to February 4th)

Thank you for always using RonRon.

Due to the long holidays in China where our overseas warehouses are located, our overseas warehouses will be closed from Sunday, January 26th to Tuesday, February 4th, and all ordering and delivery operations for regular and pre-order items will be suspended.

As a result, we expect there will be delays in the delivery of products ordered (or paid for by convenience store or bank transfer) between early January and Tuesday, February 4th .

*For regular products, delivery usually takes 10-30 days, but during this period it will take 3 weeks to 1.5 months .

*Pre-order items will take approximately 1-2 weeks longer than the delivery estimate stated.

For orders placed between January 26th and February 4th, we may not be able to contact you to confirm stock availability or arrange delivery until after February 5th. Your order may also be canceled after the 5th.

☆Please refrain from rushing to purchase during the above period☆We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or earlier shipping☆Please note that even if you contact us with a specific expected delivery date, it may take some time to respond, or we may not be able to respond at all☆We cannot accept cancellations due to the item not being ready in time for the day you plan to wear it. Please order with plenty of time.

For items that are in stock, we can usually ship within 3 business days.
If you need to place an order urgently or have a specific date in mind for when you will be wearing the item, we recommend ordering items that are available for immediate delivery .

Orders and RonRon customer service will continue to be accepted as normal.
